Most of the sites we look after started somewhere else: a WordPress theme, a developer's custom build, a freelancer who moved on. We can take those over too. Wix and Squarespace sites can't be moved; they need a rebuild, quoted separately (from $499).

Moving a site is included. Before we take responsibility for it, we check the code, the hosting, the plugins and integrations, and what is backed up and what is not. If it needs repairs first, we quote them before doing any work. Your site then joins the same Essential or Growth Care plan as the sites we build, with the same month-to-month terms.

We handle the technical side: hosting setup, HTTPS certificates, security and dependency updates, uptime checks every 10 minutes, and small content edits. Every deployment is kept, so a bad change can be rolled back in moments. You focus on your business; we keep your site running.
Can you migrate my existing website?
Yes. Moving a site is included in the hosting & care plan; if it needs repairs first, we quote them before doing any work. Wix and Squarespace don't let you take your site with you, so those need a rebuild, quoted separately (from $499). We plan the switch-over to keep any interruption as short as possible.
What happens if my site goes down?
Our monitor checks every hosted site every 10 minutes, around the clock, and alerts us when a check fails. Critical outages are worked on as soon as we see them, and we tell you what happened. Your monthly report shows the uptime we measured.
Do you back up my site?
Sites we host on Vercel keep every deployment, so we can roll back to an earlier version instantly. Content and database backups are available on request and scoped per project, and we tell you in writing exactly what is covered.
Do I need a care plan in addition to hosting?
No. Hosting and care are one monthly plan. Essential covers hosting, updates, monitoring and small edits; the higher plans add more hands-on time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month, or yearly if you prepay. Cancel any time; service runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Do you take over sites you did not build?
Yes. Moving it onto our managed hosting is included in the Essential ($45/mo) or Growth Care ($99/mo) plan, the same ladder as the sites we build.
