1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Minuswires' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server

The materials on Minuswires' website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Minuswires makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Minuswires or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Minuswires' website, even if Minuswires or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Minuswires' website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Minuswires does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Minuswires may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

6. Website Hosting & Care Services

Website Hosting & Care is an ongoing service, billed monthly or annually in advance, and is separate from any design or development project. Design and development are one-time engagements invoiced on completion; hosting is what keeps a completed website reachable on the internet, and continues for as long as the site is live.

The service includes web hosting, SSL certificate provisioning and renewal, daily backups, uptime monitoring, security patching and software updates, and reasonable minor content edits and technical support.

Payment and non-payment

Hosting invoices are due on receipt. If an invoice remains unpaid, we will send a written reminder. Where an invoice remains unpaid thirty (30) days after its due date, we may suspend the hosting service, and the website will no longer be publicly accessible. We will give at least seven (7) days' written notice before any suspension takes effect, so there is always an opportunity to settle the account or make other arrangements first.

Suspension is not a penalty. Hosting is the service that keeps a site online; where it is not in place, there is nothing running the servers that serve the site.

Your data and restoring service

A suspended site is not deleted. We retain website files, databases and backups for ninety (90) days from the date of suspension. Settling the outstanding balance within that period restores the site, normally within one business day. You may request an export of your website files and database at any time, including after suspension and whether or not the account is in arrears. After ninety days, data may be permanently deleted.

Cancellation

You may cancel hosting at any time by writing to us. Service continues to the end of the period already paid for, and no further invoices are issued. Domain names you own remain yours and can be pointed elsewhere at any time.

7. Links

Minuswires has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Minuswires of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

8. Modifications

Minuswires may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
