A property management website for a Northern New Jersey firm: a page for each of the 13 towns it serves, town-and-service pages, New Jersey guides, resident and owner answers, and a resident login.

The Challenge

Property managers are found by place and by type of property, and boards, landlords and owners need practical answers before they will request a proposal.

Our Solution

A site organized around the towns served and the services offered, with guides and short answers for boards, landlords and residents, a resident login in the header, and a proposal request on every page.

Give every town its own page

People looking for a property manager search by place: the town, the type of property, the kind of association. The Comet site has a page for each of the 13 towns it serves, written about that town rather than the same page with the name swapped, plus pages that pair a town with a service such as HOA management or commercial property management.

That structure gives a board member in one town and a landlord in another each a page that speaks to their situation, with the route to a proposal always in reach.

Answer the questions before they become calls

Boards, landlords, and owners ask the same things repeatedly: how reserve studies work, how security deposits are handled, what lead-safe certification requires. The site carries 20 New Jersey guides, short answers to common resident and owner questions, and a glossary of the terms involved.

Residents have a login in the header and a banner at the top of the site, so paying dues or requesting maintenance does not start with a search for the right link.

Built to be read on a phone

The navy and orange palette carries through the navigation, headings, and calls to action, with text and button colors set to meet accessibility contrast standards. Every page was checked at phone width before launch.

This project shows how local-service pages, practical guidance, and a client login can sit on one site. A new property management website would be scoped around its own towns, services, and content.
