The Challenge
Our Solution
Lead with the workflow, not the technology
Buyers of imaging software are trying to understand how it fits a reading workflow they already run. The Lifetrack site opens with that workflow and carries the product's capabilities into a Solutions and Reading Services section rather than burying them in a feature list.
Make support and resources easy to find
Healthcare customers want to know who answers when something goes wrong. Support and Resources have their own places in the main navigation, alongside About and Contact, so existing customers and new prospects each have an obvious place to go.
One clear next step
A prominent Talk to our Specialist action sits in the header on every page, giving a prospective customer a direct route to a conversation. This project shows how a technical product can be presented clearly; a new healthcare website would be scoped around its own products, audiences, and compliance needs.
