A litigation practice in Hackensack, New Jersey — the Law Offices of Perez & Bonomo — representing clients across New Jersey and New York, with bilingual intake and a 24/7 contact path.

The Challenge

Prospective clients decide who to call within a minute of landing, and a firm practising since 2001 was not getting credit for that record or making it obvious how to reach a lawyer immediately.

Our Solution

A dark, authoritative site that puts a live contact route in permanent reach, organised around practice areas and attorney credentials, with bilingual switching for the local client base.

Start with the question a visitor brings

A visitor to a law firm website may know what happened to them without knowing the legal name for it. The PBNJ site gives bankruptcy, personal injury, workers’ compensation, and family law their own clear entry points. Each explains the kind of issue the practice handles and puts a conversation within reach.

That structure matters on a phone, where a long introduction can push the useful information several screens away. The page pairs practice information with contact actions so a visitor can take the next step while the relevant service is still in front of them.

Make the people behind the practice visible

Attorney profiles give Aileen Perez-Gjikova and Donald T. Bonomo a clear place in the experience. The site connects names and photographs with professional background, practice areas, and a route to contact the firm. Visitors can understand who they might work with before making an enquiry.

The dark navy and gold treatment carries through the navigation, practice sections, and contact actions. Consistent placement gives the site a recognizable rhythm while keeping the substance of the practice readable.

Carry the enquiry through to a useful first conversation

The public enquiry form asks about the legal issue, urgency, preferred contact method, and the person’s situation. Those choices give the firm context for its reply. A telephone route remains available for visitors who prefer to speak, and the site presents bilingual English and Spanish support.

This project shows how service navigation, professional profiles, and intake can work together. Explore the live site to see the delivered experience; the scope of a new legal website is agreed around its own practice areas, content, and integrations.
