A construction management and owner's representation firm licensed in New York, New Jersey and Florida, running complex builds including high-rise residential in Manhattan.

The Challenge

Four separate companies operating as one, with no single site that presented them as a coordinated firm capable of landmark-scale work.

Our Solution

An editorial-led site with a featured-project system, sector and service breakdowns, and a bid request path — built so new projects can be added without a developer.

Bring the work into one clear picture

Silver Wolf brings four companies together under one firm. The website needed to explain how those businesses fit together. The website brings that story together through a shared identity, service structure, and presentation of the projects the business works on.

For construction management and owner’s representation, a list of services only tells part of the story. Project presentation gives prospective clients another way to understand the type of work involved and find the parts of the business relevant to their own development.

Let projects explain the capability

A featured-project system gives the work a consistent place on the site. Project images and descriptions sit alongside sector and service information, allowing a visitor to move between the kind of development they recognize and the support they need.

The site uses an editorial layout to give project material space. Instead of squeezing every discipline into a single introduction, the information is divided into routes that can be explored on their own. This makes the larger company story easier to follow.

Give the next project somewhere to start

The website includes a bid request path and a structure for adding new projects without a developer. That gives the website a practical role after launch: the portfolio can reflect new work, and a prospective client has a place to begin an enquiry.

The useful pattern here is a connection between evidence and contact. A visitor can review relevant work, understand the service, and then start discussing their own project. A new construction website can use that same structure with the company’s actual photographs, service areas, and project information.
